This panorama of an aspen grove during fall with fresh snow was a wonderful scene. The colors were in full force, with the aspens in beautiful yellows, golds and reds. The first snow of the year happened the night before, so I got up early in order to catch the fresh snow on the leaves before they froze and fell to the ground, turning a dull brown. The old barbed wire fence running horizontal across the image creates a nice balance with the pine and aspens falling to the background.
